What is acuSNAPs?
acuSNAPS is acu-connect’s library of short, community-submitted videos — each under 2 minutes — designed to help the Acumatica ecosystem learn, share, and connect in a fast, digestible format. Videos are submitted by both community sponsors (ISVs and solution providers) and community members (Acumatica customers and partners).
Whether you have a quick Acumatica tip, a product feature to highlight, or a story about solving a real business challenge, acuSNAPS is your platform.
Who Can Submit?
- Acumatica end users with a tip, workflow, or real-world story to share
- Consultants, VARs, or implementation partners with practical advice*
- Current acu-connect sponsors (one acuSNAP per quarter included with sponsorship)

Content Categories
Tag your video with one of the following categories when submitting:

| Product Spotlight | A feature highlight from a sponsor solution (ISV submissions) |

Technical Requirements
| Specification | Requirement |
| Format | MP4 (H.264 preferred) |
| Resolution | 1080p minimum (1920×1080 or 1080×1920) |
| Orientation | Landscape (16:9) preferred; square (1:1) accepted |
| Max Length | 2 minutes (90 seconds strongly preferred) |
| File Size | Under 500 MB |
| Audio | Clear audio required; background music optional but subtle |
| Captions | Strongly recommended (SRT file or burned-in) |
| Language | English |
Content Standards
All submissions are reviewed before publishing. Videos must:
- Content does not need to be original, but you must own the rights or have permission to share it.
- Focus on genuine community value (tips, stories, insights)
- Not include excessive promotional language or hard sales pitches
- Avoid competitor disparagement
- Not include copyrighted music unless you have a license
- Comply with acu-connect community standards
