Please use the sections below to submit your sponsorship assets to the acu-connect team. All submissions should be Acumatica-specific whenever possible and are subject to approval. Also note, each asset submission is independent of each other, so you don’t need to have all of your assets ready to submit at the same time. You can submit what you have ready, and always return to this page in the future to submit additional assets or to submit change requests.
Assets for Resource Library
The Resource Library is a one-stop resource for content about the different software categories available to Acumatica users. As a premium sponsor, you can upload one video, one datasheet, and one case study. If you want to upload a data sheet or case study, please provide your upload in PDF. In the event you want to include a video, please provide the URL so we can embed it in the Resource Library.
Logo for Community Sponsors Page
Please provide your company logo for inclusion on the acu-connect Community Sponsor page. You can upload your logo in *.png or *.jpg format; however we prefer transparent *.png.
As a premium sponsor you also have the option to provide a 25 word company description.
Social Media Posts
Let us help you amplify your message using our social media channels! As a premium sponsor you can post up to 4 tweets during your sponsorship term.
When writing these posts, please write them as if acu-connect was the author (i.e. don’t say “we offer the best x”, say “they offer the best x”)
Please make sure to include @acumatica and/or #acumatica where it makes sense to do so.

Blog Post Submission
We welcome your unique, Acumatica-specific content for inclusion in the acu-connect blog. You can repurpose an existing blog post but your submission must be 80%+ unique content. Additionally, we prefer you submit blog posts that are educational. Don’t just type your brochure into a word doc!
When submitting your blog post, please upload a Word document that includes the headings, text, and images as you want us to format them. We will do our best to mimic the provided format using our site styles.
Finally, please upload a separate feature image along with your Word document. The feature image should be in *.jpg format and 1200 x 600 in size.
Events Calendar Submissions
Add your events, such as webinars, conferences, etc., to the acu-connect Events Calendar. acu-connect will post one (1) event on the calendar for you per month.
In addition to providing the event details in the provided form, please also upload a feature image. The feature image should be in *.jpg format and 1200 x 600 in size.
Offer for Exclusive Offers Page

Use this form to submit offers to acu-connect members such as special discounts or incentives. We will post your offer on the Exclusive Offers page, which is only accessible to acu-connect members who are logged into the site.
Please note, we can update your exclusive offer throughout the year as needed.
